Joomla has a User selection custom field by default. But there are some downsides.
- This Joomla User field don't work in the frontend, Joomill's User Dropdown will.
- You can't select multiple users in Joomla User Field, with Joomill's User Dropdown you can..
- You can't restrict the selection of members in a specific usergroup, with Joomill's User Dropdown you can.
These problems are solved in the User Dropdown Selection plugin.
